ReciPal on Foodbevy

Posted on December 08, 2020 by

We recently spent some time chatting with Jordan from Foodbevy to chat about how we got our start, going back to the days slinging beef jerky at SlantShack and early days at ReciPal creating nutrition labels for food businesses.

Jordan is a bit of a serial entrepreneur, having founded TeaSquares, one of our customers, and now starting Foodbevy, which is an online community for food and beverage brands.

They have great resources for everything you could want as a growing food or beverage business - webinars with experts, how to guides (to navigate marketing, investment, and sales), directories (for buyers, co-packers, and journalists), discounts on common services (well worth the cost of membership), and an online community to chat with similar companies so you aren't going it alone. Having been in those situations himself, Jordan is doing this for a reason and knows the pain points we've all felt getting started and growing.

Check out our videochat where we talk about ReciPal's origin story, our learnings from starting a food business, and our software journey as well. It's part of Foodbevy's Founder Stories series.

Hopefully there are some useful tidbits to apply to your own business from our interview or the many others they've shared. Or if you're just interested in some more ReciPal content, this is your chance!
