Lab Analysis Terms of Service

This website, www.ReciPal.com, (collectively referred to as the "Site" in these Terms of Service) is owned and operated by ReciPal.com ("we", "us", "ReciPal", or "ReciPal.com"). By ordering a lab nutrition analysis, you ("you", "user", "customer", or, "end user") agree to these Lab Analysis Terms of Service (collectively, the "Lab Analysis Terms of Service" or "Agreement").

Information Required from Customer

To complete the nutrition analysis the customer must provide a 200 gram sample of each product they ordered lab nutrition analysis for. They must complete the Chain of Custody form (sent to customer by email after ordering the lab analysis) to be mailed in with their samples within 30 days of ordering the lab analysis.

Products should be submitted in their finished, unopened packaging. If submitting probiotic, kefir, kombucha, or similar drinks please submit 2-3 bottles. Samples should be securely packaged, on ice (if needed), in order to maintain the original condition of the product and notify us if specific storage instructions are required once the sample is received, such as refrigeration, freezing, light sensitivity, or anything else.

Information Supplied by ReciPal

Approximate turnaround is 2.5 weeks from the date of receipt of samples (barring any issues of sample condition, retesting if needed), which is measured in full business days. Partner Terms

Customer shall also be subject to terms included within the Chain of Custody form of ReciPal's lab partner, which is included once the nutrition analysis is ordered and paid for.
