For all you ReciPal users and customers, we've long focused on customer service and making it as easy as possible to create your own nutrition labels. One of the tools we used to help you get started was a series of tutorial videos on each of the main pages of the site.

Alternatives to Video Tutorials

However, video isn't always the right option. Sometimes you don't have sound to follow along, which makes the videos pretty useless. Other times you just don't want to watch a video. There's also the balance of keeping the video short and sweet but covering important topics.

The New Walk-Throughs

To solve these problems we set up a more step-by-step walk through as an alternative to the video tutorials. You can see what it looks like below.

Whenever you see the green play button, you'll be able to start one of the new tutorials on ReciPal. You can start it, stop it, restart it, and of course always watch the video if you prefer (which is triggered by the filmstrip icon next to the right of the walk-through button).
